The body needs different types of nutrition in order to build strong muscles, ligaments, and tendons. vitamins and minerals are also very important for body growth

Height is regulated by a kind of hormone called Human Growth Hormone (HGH). So, you should add that nutrition to your diet that helps HGH function.
